Welcome to Bluneo Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing and using our taxi booking website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after confirmation via SMS, email, or call.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.

2. Fares & Payment

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and applicable taxes.
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, night charges, or route deviations.
  • Payment must be made through approved payment methods available on the platform.

3. Booking Cancellation

  • Users may cancel a booking before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellation charges may apply if the ride is canceled after driver allocation or near pickup time.
  • No refund will be issued once the trip has started.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Passenger Conduct & Language

  • Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers.
  • Use of abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
  • Any misconduct may result in immediate ride termination without refund.

5. Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during the ride is not allowed.
  • The driver has the right to refuse service if the passenger appears intoxicated or unsafe.

6. Driver Conduct

  • Drivers are expected to maintain professional and courteous behavior.
  • Drivers must follow traffic laws and ensure passenger safety.
  • Any complaints regarding driver behavior should be reported to the Company immediately.

7. Pets & Animals

  • Carrying pets is allowed only with prior confirmation.
  • Pets must be properly secured or caged during the ride.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage or cleaning charges caused by pets.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bluneo Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the Company’s registered location.
